Built for Australian clinics and hospitals

The clinical operating system for care teams.

Patient care, notes, results, prescribing, video visits, the patient portal and hospital operations — in one calm workspace, on one record.

No self-serve sign-up. We onboard each care team with the right privacy and hosting controls.

Inside Lunas

Calm screens for the whole day’s work.

These are the real screens, with invented patients. Every number on them is counted from the records underneath.

Lunas open on Margaret Okafor’s chart: the clinic’s menu on the left; her allergy to sulfonamide antibiotics at the top; three points to cover before the visit; and her blood pressure, HbA1c, kidney function and weight as trends.

One calm page per patient, allergies first, with every claim beside the reading it came from.

The laboratory results page: results arrive as HL7 v2, are matched to the patient and filed, and any that cannot be matched to exactly one patient are held for a person; five results wait for review, a critical potassium first.

Results arrive by HL7. One that can’t be matched to exactly one patient waits for a person.

The finance page for the month: money in, money out, net and what is owed, where the money went, and an overdue invoice with Record payment.

Money in and out in Australian dollars, with GST kept separate on every line.

Admissions and patient flow in a hospital: 19 active journeys, one transfer ready and three open blockers, with each patient’s consultant, expected discharge and next step.

The same record at hospital scale: every stay from arrival to going home.

Where Lunas fits

A clinic, a hospital, or both.

The same workspace runs a single practice or a whole hospital. Each organisation switches on what it actually runs.

Clinics

A calmer day at a GP or specialist clinic, from the first result in the morning to the last invoice at night.

Hospitals

Admissions, beds, theatre, medication rounds, rostering and reporting, on the records your clinicians already use.

Features

Everything Lunas does today, from the chart to the cost of care, and what is connecting next.

Every feature
Early access

When the internet drops, the clinic keeps going.

Lunas Edge is a small server that runs Lunas inside the building and syncs when the line is back. Lunas Edge AI sits beside it, so consultation audio and transcripts never leave the building.

AI that offers, never commands

Stay in the conversation. Start from a draft you can check.

With the patient’s consent, Lunas drafts the consultation note. It runs in Australian-hosted cloud, or on your own Lunas Edge AI box.

Consent first

Nothing is transcribed until the clinician records that the patient agreed, and the audio is never kept.

It drafts. You sign.

The note is a private draft until the clinician checks, edits and signs it.

It shows its sources

Every sentence links to the lines of the conversation it came from. The assistant lists the records it read.

Watch it write a note
Care in context

Technology should disappear into the care.

Whether the conversation happens in a clinic, across a care team or over video, Lunas keeps the right context close without getting in the way.

Privacy, built in

Designed for healthcare in Australia.

Controls follow the data from the first patient record through every message, call and clinical note.

Encryption and access controls

Secure transport, role-bound sessions and least-privilege access for care teams, checked on the server.

Australian data region

Records are hosted in an Australian cloud region, and the cloud AI Lunas uses is hosted in Australia too.

Clear incident terms

Defined processing responsibilities, breach notification and incident response.

Recording control

Recording stays off by default, with explicit consent and retention limits if it is ever enabled.

No secondary use

No advertising, tracking pixels or secondary use of health information.

An audit trail for everything

Changes are written to an append-only trail naming who did what, and when.
